Something changed. The earlier versions of this cable worked beautifully, but they were out of stock for a long time and now the ones that are shipping don’t work. When connected to an iPhone 12 using an Apple USB-C charger the phone will not begin charging unless you disconnect the USB-C end of the cable from the charger and reconnect it. Swapping the cable out to an older one/prior version with the same Apple charger, everything works perfectly.
